A 33-year-old Wisconsin man was recently sentenced to five consecutive life sentences in prison for killing several members of his family, including his wife and their unborn child.

The murder occurred in April of last year. The man drove with his wife to Chicago, where they stayed with his mother and several of his nieces and nephews. The man opened fire on his family early in the morning as they slept, resulting in the deaths of his mother, son, two nieces, and pregnant wife. The man later confessed to committing the murders to the police, however, he did not say what caused him to kill his family.

The man also attempted to kill several other members of his family, which resulted in two sentences of thirty years in prison for attempted murder. The man pled guilty to all charges.

Man Stands Trial for Aiding in Murder

by Administrator 11. March 2011 03:22

An Appleton man will be standing trial for allegedly providing the gun that was used to shoot a twenty-three-year-old Appleton man to death. The man who shot and killed the twenty-three-year-old man has already been sentenced to at least fifty years in prison without parole.

Prosecutors claim that the gun was provided by the Appleton man, who then persuaded the shooter to shoot the victim in his chest. The man's defending attorneys have argued that, while the man did provide a gun, he did not intend to kill the victim and the shot that was fired did not directly hit the victim, but ricocheted off the ground and into the man's chest. If convicted, the man could spend several years in prison.

According to police, the 18-year old met up with the two women to buy the drug from them.
