A 16 year old Appleton boy is facing criminal charges in a drive by shooting case. The boy, along with a 22 year old Menasha man, performed the shooting at th 3300 block of S. Blueberry Lane last week. Both parties are currently being detained and the police have asked for charges of endangering safety by use of a dangerous weapon. Often, charges can be too high.
