by Administrator 17. April 2009 04:15

A man from Appleton has received his 9th Operating While Intoxicated Charge.  This new charge reveals some problems and issues with the current criminal justice system according to critics.

The man was in prison, and completed a  drug and alcohol treatment program.  This program cut a year off his sentence.  After being released early,  he soon received another operating while intoxicated charge.  The man has had OWI charges starting in 1991, and going up until the recent charge which occurred on April 2nd, 2009.
