A man was charged with two counts of repeated sexual assault of a child Wednesday. According to court reports, the charges were filed in Outagamie County Court.
The man allegedly sexually assaulted two children since 2006 and used cigarettes to entice the two children. The man allegedly gave the children cigarettes if they would perform sexual activities with him.
