A high school football coach who was facing charges of sexual misconduct has recently had the charges dropped after authorities said that the story of the 14-year-old student who initially accused him was incredibly hard to believe. The credibility of the story does not seem to match up with evidence and the prosecution was ultimately unable to prove the case against the teacher beyond a reasonable doubt. The 14-year-old was the only witness to the supposed event, leaving no one else to confirm the story. The teacher, David Kelley, has been suspended without pay and has had to face a charge of second-degree criminal sexual conduct.
