According to authorities, a Waupaca man currently awaiting a December trial for charges of sexual assault has been charged in connection with another incident.

The 38-year-old man was being held in connection wiht a 2007 sexual assault charge and was charged on Monday in Waupaca County Court with counts of second-degree sexual assault of a child and felony bail jumping.

A 14-year-old girl says that the man touched her inappropriately last week. One of the conditions of his bond was that he could not have contact with anyone younger than 18.
