Man held in Appleton jail for sexual assault of a child

A Minnesota man has been charged with sexual assault of a child and child enticement. According to police reports, the man was arrested last week and was being held in an Appleton jail. 

The man allegedly dressed up as a police officer and pulled aside a girl outside a Target. He then allegedly told the girl to take off her pants and touched her inappropriately. The man reportedly was also under investigation for child pornography when the arrest was made.
