A 41-year-old Wisconsin man recently entered a not guilty plea to a Delta County District Court after he was charged with driving drunk.
On Friday, the man was driving around the Bark River area when he crashed into a parked car. He then rammed the car into a building with his vehicle. When police arrived on the scene, they took the man into custody on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and attempted assault.
If convicted of the charges against him, which are both misdemeanors, he could face up to one year in jail and a $1,000 fine.
