Tracy Larson, a 41 year old woman who worked as an emergency dispatcher for a neighboring county to her home, was shot by her boyfriend yesterday evening. Authorities say that she was in the process of trying to break things off with the alleged boyfriend when he shot her twice in the stomach after first giving her two deadly blows to her head with the butt of the shotgun.

Police have said that she called 911 and pleaded with someone to come over to help her and her kids from this dangerous man. When authorities arrived on the scene, they immediately rushed Larson to nearby hospital where she is currently being treated for gunshot wounds and her wounds on the back of her head.

Police have yet to release information on the status of the boyfriend or the children in the situation, but have said as soon as they know, they will inform the public.
