Appleton Police arrested 25-year-old Vegas S. Anthony following a drug and prostitution investigation. The investigation was conducted by Appleton Police Department's Community Resource Unit at 7 p.m. Monday. WFRV reports that, "The undercover investigation resulted in the recovery of a stolen vehicle, and multiple arrests of a 25-year old Milwaukee woman."

Anthony was arrested on charges of, "Failure to Obtain an Escort License, Operating a Motor Vehicle without Owner's Consent, and Felony Possession of Marijuana," according to WFRV. Police also found a 16-year-old girl travelling in the stolen vehicle with Anthony. She was apprehended when authorities discovered she had an outstanding warrant for Escape in Milwaukee County.
