Police arrested a suspected serial killer earlier this month. Walter Ellis was charged with multiple counts of first-degree intentional murder.

Police discovered Ellis after linking his DNA to DNA found on nine women killed  from 1986 to 2007. Although charges have not been filed for all nine cases, the remaining charges are expected to be filed by the end of the month.
