Darrell McQuay, 30, of Wisconsin Dells, was sentenced to four years in prison and five years of extended supervision following his prison sentence for contributing to the death of Reedsburg resident Jason Webber in August 2010.
McQuay was charged with first-degree reckless homicide by delivery of drugs as party to a crime and manufacture/delivery of cocaine. Webber died from a drug overdose on August 24, 2010. Autopsy results showed that he died from a combination of cocaine and heroin.
The hearing was held at Columbia County Circuit Court on Monday and Judge Alan White served McQuay the sentence stating, "You have to learn to live with the consequences of your choices."
