Wisconsin Inmate Charged in Assisted Suicide

A Wisconsin inmate will be charged with assisting in the suicide of other inmate.

Authorities believe that the inmate being charged, helped setup the items needed for the other inmate to hang himself.  Police believe that DNA evidence on the victim and around the sheets used to hang himself will be a big factor in the case. 

The lawyer for the man who killed himself state that he has been dealing with mental illness for a long time now.
