Brad Priebe

Brad Priebe is a veteran trial attorney with a reputation for superior courtroom performance. He comes to Kohler and Hart after a more than a decade of experience as an Assistant District Attorney and Circuit Court Judge.

As a judge, prosecutor and criminal defense attorney, Brad has handled more than 10,000 criminal and traffic cases including nearly 100 jury trials in all major cases including Homicide, Sexual Assault, Drug Crimes, Arson, Armed Robbery, Crimes Against Children, White Collar Crimes, Conspiracy, Juvenile Delinquency Domestic Violence and Operating While Intoxicated.

Brad is a Fox Cities native active in local chapters of the American Legion and the Boy Scouts. As an adjunct professor, Brad has taught Criminal Justice courses at Marian College and Fox Valley Technical College, and is an in-service instructor for local law enforcement.

An honors graduate of both the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh (1991) and Temple University Law School (1994), Brad is a member of the Wisconsin and Outagamie County Bar Associations and is licensed to practice throughout Wisconsin and in the Eastern District Federal Court.
